If you’ve noticed we haven’t been posting consistently for a little while, you’re not wrong.

Like many growing businesses, we’ve gone through a season of transition internally. Staffing shortages, role reshuffling, and operational adjustments have demanded more attention behind the scenes than we would normally like.

And truthfully, rather than posting simply for the sake of posting, we made the decision to focus our energy where it mattered most: supporting our clients, serving our tenants well, and strengthening the systems behind the business.

But we’re excited to say this:

Starting June 1st, Oak & Apple will be back at full strength.

That means:

  • Better consistency

  • More investor-focused insight

  • More educational content

  • More practical discussion around ownership, management, and Winnipeg real estate investing

This blog has always existed for a reason bigger than marketing.

We believe good information lowers stress.
We believe clarity helps investors make better decisions.
And we believe real estate ownership should feel calmer, more predictable, and more sustainable than it often does.

Going forward, you can expect content focused on:

  • Real-world investment strategy

  • RTB policy breakdowns in plain language

  • Property management insight

  • Market observations specific to Winnipeg

  • Ownership systems that create peace of mind

Our goal is simple:
To provide useful, practical value that helps investors make one small, smarter shift at a time.

We’re looking forward to getting back into a more consistent rhythm with all of you.

If you’ve been following along — thank you for your patience during this transition season.
